Subscription Policy

At Supp, we offer the option to receive your favourite supplements on a convenient subscription basis. Subscriptions are designed to save you money and ensure you never run out of the products you rely on.

How it works

You can choose to receive products on a recurring basis (for example, monthly, every 2 months or every 3 months).

Subscriptions continue automatically until you cancel.

Discounts may apply depending on the plan you select. Any discounts are clearly shown at checkout and may change from time to time.

Billing & payments

Payment is taken automatically on your renewal date using your saved payment method.

If a payment fails, we will retry automatically. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

You will receive an email reminder a few days before your renewal.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched after each successful renewal payment.

Standard delivery times and charges apply, as set out in our delivery and returns policy.

Cancelling or changing your subscription

You can cancel anytime from your Supp account dashboard.

Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged.

You may also change your delivery frequency or switch between available subscription plans directly from your account.

Cooling-off rights

For your first subscription order, you have 14 days after delivery to cancel and receive a refund, provided the product is unopened.

For subsequent renewal orders, the 14-day cooling-off period does not usually apply.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Returns & refunds

Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded or replaced in line with the Consumer Rights Act.

Price & plan changes

We may update subscription prices, discounts, or available intervals from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and you will always have the option to cancel before the new terms take effect.
