Delivery & Returns

We aim to get your supplements to you quickly and reliably, so you can focus on feeling your best. All orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our UK-based fulfilment centre, using trusted delivery services.

UK Delivery

We currently only deliver within the UK.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you’ve selected a tracked delivery option, this will include a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible — usually within 1 working day of receiving it. During busy periods or bank holidays, dispatch can take a little longer as we are a small business, but we’ll always keep you updated once your order is on the move.

Once an order is dispatched, delivery timeframes are usually:

  • Royal Mail First Class – 1 to 2 working days
  • Royal Mail Second Class – 2 to 3 working days
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – 1 working day (with delivery aim of next working day, tracked)

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Changed Your Mind?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know if you’d like to return it. To be eligible for a refund, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

To arrange a return, email our team at hello@supp.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide clear instructions and next steps.

Please note: Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@supp.store within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
