Neck Circles – Slowly roll your head in a gentle circle, first clockwise, then anticlockwise. Great for loosening stiff neck muscles.
Side Stretches – Tilt your head towards one shoulder, hold for a few seconds, then switch sides. Stretches the sides of your neck and traps.
Clockwork Stretches – Imagine your chin is the hand of a clock and gently move your head to each “hour” position. Apply light pressure downwards.
Alternate Rotations – With your elbows bent 90 degrees, face your palms in opposite directions and rotate up and down.
Cat–Cowl – Start on hands and knees with a flat back. Exhale, round your spine, tuck your chin toward your chest. Inhale, arch your back, lift your chest, and look slightly up.
